Reservations and Vehicle Groups
All bookings are based on vehicle groups and not a specific model. We strive to provide the selected model, but in case of unavailability, our company reserves the right to offer a similar model within the same group. We also reserve the right to provide a vehicle from a higher group at no extra charge.

Rental Duration and Minimum Charge and Rental Extension
The minimum rental duration is two (2) days.
You will be charged for at least two days, even if you rent for a shorter time.
If the renter wishes to keep the vehicle beyond the agreed rental period, they must contact our company as soon as possible and no later than two days before the scheduled return date in order to request an extension, which is subject to availability. The extension becomes valid only after the change has been recorded in the Rental Agreement and the corresponding charge has been applied. If the renter returns the vehicle earlier than the agreed date and time, no refund will be issued. If an extension is not available, the renter must return the vehicle on the agreed date and time.

Payment Options
No deposit required. Payment can be made upon vehicle pickup via cash or credit, debit, and prepaid cards.

Security Deposit
Upon vehicle pickup, you may be asked to pay a security deposit in cash. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no additional charges have occurred.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only accepted via email, and the cancellation is valid only after you receive a confirmation email from us. There is no cancellation fee if we receive the notice.

Late Returns
Low & Mid Season: Delays of up to 3 hours are not charged extra.
High Season: The maximum grace period is 2 hours. Beyond 2 hours, the customer will be charged for an extra day based on current high-season pricing.

Fuel Policy
The renter is responsible for fuel costs during the rental and must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as received. If returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference. No refunds are given for returning the vehicle with more fuel than received.

Traffic Fines and Legal Violations
Fines for traffic violations or other legal penalties (even if demanded after the rental period) are the responsibility of the renter. Payments can be made in cash or charged to the renter’s credit card.

Accidents
In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately notify our company and the police. The police will record the accident, and the renter must provide us with a copy of the police report. If the police do not record the accident, the renter assumes full responsibility, and insurance coverage will be void.

Cleaning Fee
If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged accordingly.

Ferry Transport
Transporting the vehicle by ferry is not allowed without written approval from the Rental Company.
